We have been using Sovereign Pest Control over 11 years. Junior has been providing our service almost every time. He is always pleasant and goes out of his way to do a great job. It’s so nice to have kind and friendly people come to your house. Also every time I’ve had to call main office everyone is so nice. Great company.UPDATE 12/2024 - Junior came for our annual termite inspection and as always is so pleasant and great to work with. He’s like family. Always great to have him come out for our services. Also the customer service department is always friendly and helpful.

Jr. Smith showed up at my house on time and ready to work. He covered his shoes and started. As we went through the house he gave me pointers and things to look for as far as bugs coming into the house. He also pointed some areas that I needed to look into as far as some open holes in siding. I really appreciate his professionalism. I would definitely recommend sovereign pest control. Can I give more than 5 stars...because that is the only way to describe Emily and the service she provided today.Despite not having been here for (I think) two years, she remembered all the details of the house as well as my peculiarities regarding my cat. If that's not the definition of fantastic customer service, then I don't know what is!

Jr. Smith is the best! He came to resolve a bee nest issue by my front door. He was prompt for the appointment. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he did and why. I learned a lot just listening to him. He went above and beyond to resolve my bee problem. He didn’t just spray and go- he stayed until he felt the job was done! Junior Smith is super friendly, always on time and has always been in good spirits at every visit. Hes helped identify foreign critters that makes their way into our home and reassures us that he's taken care of them and any other critters that may try to come inside. I bought a voucher off Groupon to try this company out and this was a great purchase. The technician arrived on time and very knowledgeable for what we needed. Love them! The service is excellent. Anytime you see a bug, you simply call. They will send a technician out to service your property. They are always on time. In fact, in most cases, they arrive early. Cedric was our technician this last time. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend him again.

From the sales team to the technician, this was a pleasant experience. JR arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. I appreciated his thoroughness in doing his job. He did not rush, he covered all areas and even cleared out all old spider webs. He explained all of my options and the types of services available. Although there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade my service, it clear to me that the one year plan provided the best value. JR is truly an asset to this company.
