Junior Smith is super friendly, always on time and has always been in good spirits at every visit. Hes helped identify foreign critters that makes their way into our home and reassures us that he's taken care of them and any other critters that may try to come inside. Never here for a long time but always a good visit! Definitely one of the best who truly enjoys the service he provides.

He was punctual, professional & very knowledgeable (providing tips) of pest control prevention. I bought a voucher off Groupon to try this company out and this was a great purchase. The technician arrived on time and very knowledgeable for what we needed. He also gave us some good tips to keep the spiders out in between visits. I will also be signing up for the yearly service as it is a great deal!!!

Love them! The service is excellent. Anytime you see a bug, you simply call. They will send a technician out to service your property. They are always on time. In fact, in most cases, they arrive early. Cedric was our technician this last time. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend him again.

From the sales team to the technician, this was a pleasant experience. JR arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. I appreciated his thoroughness in doing his job. He did not rush, he covered all areas and even cleared out all old spider webs. He explained all of my options and the types of services available. Although there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade my service, it clear to me that the one year plan provided the best value. JR is truly an asset to this company.

We have been using Sovereign Pest Control as our source for pest management for about fifteen years. They always come out as soon as possible (even the next day) when we call them, and the service people are always friendly, respectful , and kind. In addition, the cost of their services are manageable and better than their competitors. Their customer service and price is unbeatable!

I have been a customer for 3 years. We used to see ants and spiders all the time before Sovereign but now not a trace. Typically Junior handles the application and does a great and thorough job but today was a new technician named Alicia. She was very nice and thoughtful around the inside application and thorough outside. I can’t recommend Sovereign pest control enough and their unique business model. The mobile user interface could use some work for setting appointments but everything else is great including the price.

Excellent experience with Anthony from Sovereign Pest Control. He was thorough both inside and outside of house. He also gave me helpful recommendations for example I have several bathroom that are not used if I don’t have guests. To prevent bugs, run the water in the tub & sink for a few minutes every week or so so they don’t come up through drains. Anthony was very professional.I’ve had a contract with Sovereign Pest control for 4 years.
