Can I give more than 5 stars...because that is the only way to describe Emily and the service she provided today.Despite not having been here for (I think) two years, she remembered all the details of the house as well as my peculiarities regarding my cat. If that's not the definition of fantastic customer service, then I don't know what is!

Jr. Smith is the best! He came to resolve a bee nest issue by my front door. He was prompt for the appointment. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he did and why. I learned a lot just listening to him. He went above and beyond to resolve my bee problem. He didn’t just spray and go- he stayed until he felt the job was done! Just an fyi- it is because of Jr. that I have decided to renew my annual plan with Sovereign Pest Control again. Thanks, Jr.!

Junior Smith is super friendly, always on time and has always been in good spirits at every visit. Hes helped identify foreign critters that makes their way into our home and reassures us that he's taken care of them and any other critters that may try to come inside. I bought a voucher off Groupon to try this company out and this was a great purchase. The technician arrived on time and very knowledgeable for what we needed. Love them! The service is excellent. Anytime you see a bug, you simply call. They will send a technician out to service your property. They are always on time. From the sales team to the technician, this was a pleasant experience. JR arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. I appreciated his thoroughness in doing his job. He did not rush, he covered all areas and even cleared out all old spider webs. He explained all of my options and the types of services available. Although there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade my service, it clear to me that the one year plan provided the best value. JR is truly an asset to this company.

I have been a customer for 3 years. We used to see ants and spiders all the time before Sovereign but now not a trace. Typically Junior handles the application and does a great and thorough job but today was a new technician named Alicia. She was very nice and thoughtful around the inside application and thorough outside. I can’t recommend Sovereign pest control enough and their unique business model. The mobile user interface could use some work for setting appointments but everything else is great including the price.
