Jr. Smith showed up at my house on time and ready to work. He covered his shoes and started. As we went through the house he gave me pointers and things to look for as far as bugs coming into the house. Jr. Smith is the best! He came to resolve a bee nest issue by my front door. He was prompt for the appointment. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he did and why. From the sales team to the technician, this was a pleasant experience. JR arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. I appreciated his thoroughness in doing his job. He did not rush, he covered all areas and even cleared out all old spider webs. He explained all of my options and the types of services available. Although there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade my service, it clear to me that the one year plan provided the best value. JR is truly an asset to this company.

I have been a customer for 3 years. We used to see ants and spiders all the time before Sovereign but now not a trace. Typically Junior handles the application and does a great and thorough job but today was a new technician named Alicia. She was very nice and thoughtful around the inside application and thorough outside. I can’t recommend Sovereign pest control enough and their unique business model. The mobile user interface could use some work for setting appointments but everything else is great including the price.
