Sovereign Pest Control has provided protection for my house for 4 1/2 years and they have always been responsive and effective. The technicians are courteous, listen to my concerns, and take care of business. The technician that came out today, Sedgrick, was also a shining example of the type of representation a 5-Star service organization should have working for them. They have been great for taking care of all the bugs at my home. JR. Smith has been helping me for several months now and he's been great. He always updates me on things he finds outside and has even taking care of spider webs and wasps! I call them every month at least.

We have owned this property since 2011 and Sovereign Pest Control was here for the previous owners so about 17 years now.They have been above and beyond as there were some issues when we first moved in and Sovereign Pest Control did not stop looking for the cause and fix until they found it. JR is wonderful as is everyone that we have talked to on the phone, all are polite and are very caring. Thank you for being there especially when needed.

Jr. Smith is the best! He came to resolve a bee nest issue by my front door. He was prompt for the appointment. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he did and why.
