I utilized am (2) Groupon deals last year but now I purchased a full home pest control prog. This guy Michael Costancio (Service Mgr) is really a caring guy. Friendly & easy to talk to & explains how the prog works & how to call them if any issues come up. He goes thru the house inside/out thoroughly. What an Excellent experience I had with Sovereign Pest Control. This was my first treatment with the company and I will definitely continue to use their services. They sent a WONDERFUL technician out named Mr. Marion. He answered all my questions and educated me on SEVERAL things I didn’t know. Marion walked me through each step as he inspected the property. He taught me the differences between an outside roach and a German roach (you really don’t want the German roaches), the importance of removing the spider webs on the outside of your home, and what to expect in the following days after treatment. Again I will continue to use their services provided they send Mr. Marion, he’s that Guy! 💪🏽

We have been using Sovereign Pest Control over 11 years. Junior has been providing our service almost every time. He is always pleasant and goes out of his way to do a great job. It’s so nice to have kind and friendly people come to your house. Also every time I’ve had to call main office everyone is so nice. Great company.UPDATE 12/2024 - Junior came for our annual termite inspection and as always is so pleasant and great to work with. He’s like family. Always great to have him come out for our services. Also the customer service department is always friendly and helpful.UPDATE 3/21/2025 - Today we had Sedgrick come out. He was very friendly and professional. He called to give update on arrival. He checked all around and did a great job and addressed my concerns. It’s so nice to have kind people come to your house.
