From the sales team to the technician, this was a pleasant experience. JR arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. I appreciated his thoroughness in doing his job. He did not rush, he covered all areas and even cleared out all old spider webs. He explained all of my options and the types of services available. I have been a customer for 3 years. We used to see ants and spiders all the time before Sovereign but now not a trace. Typically Junior handles the application and does a great and thorough job but today was a new technician named Alicia. She was very nice and thoughtful around the inside application and thorough outside. I can’t recommend Sovereign pest control enough and their unique business model. The mobile user interface could use some work for setting appointments but everything else is great including the price.

Excellent experience with Anthony from Sovereign Pest Control. He was thorough both inside and outside of house. He also gave me helpful recommendations for example I have several bathroom that are not used if I don’t have guests. To prevent bugs, run the water in the tub & sink for a few minutes every week or so so they don’t come up through drains. Anthony was very professional.I’ve had a contract with Sovereign Pest control for 4 years.
