As we went through the house he gave me pointers and things to look for as far as bugs coming into the house. From the sales team to the technician, this was a pleasant experience. JR arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. I have been a customer for 3 years. We used to see ants and spiders all the time before Sovereign but now not a trace. Typically Junior handles the application and does a great and thorough job but today was a new technician named Alicia. She was very nice and thoughtful around the inside application and thorough outside. I can’t recommend Sovereign pest control enough and their unique business model. The mobile user interface could use some work for setting appointments but everything else is great including the price.
