Jr. Smith is the best! He came to resolve a bee nest issue by my front door. He was prompt for the appointment. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he did and why. I have been a customer for 3 years. We used to see ants and spiders all the time before Sovereign but now not a trace. Typically Junior handles the application and does a great and thorough job but today was a new technician named Alicia. She was very nice and thoughtful around the inside application and thorough outside. I can’t recommend Sovereign pest control enough and their unique business model. The mobile user interface could use some work for setting appointments but everything else is great including the price.
